Aligning heart and purpose through multilineage healing practices

Offerings:

Temazcal
Sweat Lodge

A temazcal is a pre-hispanic sweat lodge ceremony that is offered for physical, therapeutic and spiritual health. The structure is a dome shape and represents a mother’s womb. The practice invites us to remember who we are at our core, connect with our ancestors, let go of what no longer serves us, and feel the freshness of rebirth!

Limpia
Purification Cleanse

A Limpia is a traditional purification cleanse and ceremony that helps to release stagnant energy and find balance. Ingredients in this Mesoamerican healing tradition include herbs, flowers, copal, eggs, lemons, prayers and more. Guided by the seven directions, we contemplate our connection to earth, to ourselves, to communities and healing.

Plática
Open Hearted Dialogue

A Platica is a heart to heart conversation that can take place between two people or in a group. The intention is to hold space for personal, interpersonal and communal healing through listening, witnessing, and sharing. We learn to listen to our own stories and notice which parts are ready to be retold to claim clarity and agency.

Círculo de escucha
Listening Circles

The ancient tradition of listening Circles enables community gathering, deep listening and sharing of heart centered communications. In this space, we practice curiosity, courage, compassion, feeling, and sharing without planning. This is where we learn to receive support and heal together in community.

Why Meditate?

Meditation is an invitation to slow down, to go inward and notice what you are prioritizing in your life, to learn to listen to parts of you that would like to be heard, to remember to feel, to synchronize your mind and body and heart, to explore staying with discomfort and challenging feelings, to grow stronger, to practice being courageous, to value silence and stillness, to allow forms of ancient practices to hold you, to create nurturing and healthy routines and rituals, to remind yourself what matters, to examine what you would like to let go of and what you need and want in order to flourish and thrive.

“I feel immense gratitude that Gala was in my life when I first became a mother, a time of enormous transition that could have been isolating, but instead became a joyous time of new beginnings and understanding.”
